What is the weather like?
No matter what the time of year it is good to be prepared for a variety of weather
conditions. Dressing in layers works best. Even in the summer months when it reaches
80 & 90 degree temperatures during the day, it is not unusual for the temperatures
to get down into the 40s at night and in the early morning. In the winter months,
Seeley Lake is in the "snow belt", and we tend to get more snow than anyone around
us. The highways are in good shape most of the time, and guests rarely have problems
reaching the area. Call for specific 5 day forecasts.

The menu varies day to day but offers choices from the following:
Cold cereal, hot cereal, assorted pastries, fruit, juice, coffee, and tea.

to rent a car. The shuttle service could be advantageous for larger groups.

full service supermarket, gas stations, sporting goods store, etc.

with over 300 miles of groomed trails. We can help arrange snowmobile rentals.

Is it possible to make a day trip to Glacier National Park?
It is possible to spend as little or as much time in the park as you wish. If
you just have time for a drive across the very scenic Going to the Sun Highway,
it is well worth your time. It is approximately a 2-hour drive to the park and
I would allow a minimum of 4 hours to cross the pass and back.
